Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified when your order is shipped.
Outside of Italy, at the moment we do only ship to these EU conutries: AUSTRIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, SPAIN. Delivery time are 4-9 working days.
Delivery time for Italian territory are 24/48 hours, except for Venice, the smaller islands and less served locations where the timing could vary to 3-6 days.
During certain times of the year, such as holidays or promotions, there may be delays due to high order volumes. We will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.
Rates and estimates for shipments
The shipping fees are:
AUSTRIA 10,90€, orders above 169€ shipping fees are free
FRANCE 13,90€, orders above 169€ shipping fees are free (no Corsica)
GERMANY 10,90€, orders above 169€ shipping fees are free
ITALY 6,90€, orders above79€ shipping fees are free (only Italian territory).
SPAIN 15,90€, orders above 169€ shipping fees are free (no Canary islands, Balearic islands, Ceuta, Melilla).
Pick up our warehouse Italy
If you live near our warehouse you can avoid shipping costs by clicking on the free collection option at: Arco di Trento, via Cappuccini 3c.
Once you have placed your order and selected local pickup during checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 24-48 hours (except holidays). Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions. Make sure you have your confirmation email with you when you pick up your order.
Note: Pickup hours are Monday to Friday 11:00am to 6:00pm. When you arrive at our address, you will find a beige colored structure. Ring the Mudithara- Akileas bell, we will come to the gate and deliver your products!
How can you check the status of an order?
When your order is shiped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 9 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mudithara.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Delivery Problems
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery. For this reason, it is important to provide your telephone number at check out.
If you encounter any problems with the reception of your order, we recommend you to contact the courier and if you can't find a solution, write us at info@mudithara.com , we will take care of finding a prompt solution.
