Going back to school requires a drastic change in young people's daily routines.

Going from a relaxed vacation period to structured days with early wake-up calls, homework, and extracurricular activities can lead to stress and fatigue. In addition, the return can also be stressful for a series of reasons, related to personal factors, social dynamics, and educational.

Academic Performance Anxiety

Many students feel pressured to get good grades and meet the expectations of teachers and parents. Performance anxiety is especially common before tests, exams, or oral presentations, where students feel judged.

Social Adaptation

Every new school year mean new classes, new classmates and teachers, or even a new school. This change can lead to worries about how to fit into new social groups. Fear of exclusion or bullying, peer pressure, and conformity.

Competitive School Environment

In many schools, there is a strong emphasis on academic, athletic, or artistic competition, which can be very stressful. Kids may feel pressured to excel or excel in some area.

Going back to school can be a complex time that involves numerous emotional, social, and psychological challenges. This stress can easily show on the skin with the appearance of blackheads, pimples, and acne; all of this absolutely does not help kids who are currently facing a phase of significant physical and emotional changes.

Being aware of this allows adults (parents, teachers, tutors) to offer the right support, helping kids feel more confident, accepted and able to face school challenges with greater serenity.

Taking care of yourself through skincare can significantly improve your self-confidence . Seeing healthy, glowing skin and feeling comfortable helps improve self-esteem and reduce social anxiety ; this can positively impact academic performance and social interactions.

It is important to keep a simple routine with gentle products. Using too many cosmetics can irritate the skin and make the situation worse.

Furthermore, for both physical and mental well-being it is an excellent habit:

Introducing fruits and vegetables into your diet, having a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and vitamins contributes significantly to the appearance and vitality of your skin.

Keep your body hydrated with water and herbal teas.

Exercising daily improves blood circulation, re-oxygenates tissues and gives a natural pink tone to our complexion. We don't necessarily have to associate exercise with hours and hours of gym, you can choose an activity like walking, light gymnastics, Yoga or a sport that we like, this will help lower the stress level and make us feel regenerated.

Taking some time for yourself

Each of us has our own passions and interests, knowing how to take some time for ourselves is fundamental at any age , it helps the mind, body and soul.

Surround yourself with people who put you in a good mood
